Web Application Engineer

This is a direct hire for 64clicks, a VA-based digital marketing firm. Only local candidates. No agencies, third parties, outsourcers.

Must HAVEs

  • Development experience of high-performance, database-driven, modular web applications
  • Deep knowledge in social media networks such as Twitter, Facebook and Linked-in and blog platforms and RSS technologies (REALLY IMPORTANT)
  • Will be engaged from all prospective development levels and play a critical role in designing, developing and deploying an application
  • Must use technical knowledge and creative thinking to provide the most innovative solutions
  • Self motivated to meet aggressive deadlines in a rapid application development environment
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge
  • Online marketing and advertising experience with Google AdWords PPC
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Additional Skills

  • PHP: 3 yrs

  • Extensive knowledge of LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PhP) based development
  • Experience working with Web Services (XMLRPC, SOAP)

Sales Director

Sales Executive with Strong Digital Marketing Experience

We need a self-directed sales executive who will be involved in

  • Relationship building
  • Researching the market and related products
  • Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face
  • Generating leads
  • Following-up on leads
  • Preparing and negotiating project proposals

Other responsibilities include

  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
  • Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Acting as a contact between 64clicks and its existing and potential markets
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Representing 64clicks at trade shows, events and demonstrations
  • Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
  • Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and high-level requirements
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotes
  • Feeding future buying trends back to employers
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues

Digital Marketing Intern
